Resilience is taking care of yourself (and others) during challenging times. The workplace is constantly changing, and resilient employees can navigate ‘good stress’ from ‘stressful stress’.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will
- Discuss the attitudes and actions of resilient people
- Review the importance of personal supports and what we can control vs not control
- Identify ways to recharge in response to potential setbacks
