Change. Resilience. What is the difference? Resilience is how we deal with change. Change is constant, challenging, and often out of our control. Think of a current change you are facing and ask: “Can I really control this situation?” Thankfully, the answer is often ‘no’. Focusing on what we can control gives us the stamina we need to navigate difficult situations.
